Sergeant Chris ‘Doc’ Stoehner has served worldwide with the United States Navy & Marine Corps team as a Hospital Corpsman and Fleet Marine Force Qualified Warfare Expert. Since his military service Chris has served as a reserve police officer with multiple agencies. He is a 12-year veteran of Law Enforcement Special Operations (SWAT) serving as a Tactical EMS Sergeant amongst other billets.
He is a certified firearms instructor for both the NRA as well as New Mexico Department of Public Safety. He presently holds his Emergency Medical Technician License and is pursuing his Advanced EMT License. Chris also holds numerous awards for meritorious service throughout his career. Chris started into the training and consulting industry during college with the recognition that modern training approaches leave many students out in the cold, and many agencies displaced from effective training methods. His recognized company, XSA International, LLC has been featured in SWAT magazine for his instruction. Research shows a lack of training is directly related to the Post Traumatic Stress response and the goal of Wrenco Arms and Chris of XSA International is to mitigate that response by providing comprehensive training to people prior to a traumatic experience. He endeavors to meet each student where they are at; reinforcing proper technique, addressing poor habits, and introducing stress into the system allows for a more desirable long-term result.
